Starla’s, the acclaimed pizzeria and wine bar formerly based in Bellingham, is preparing a reopening in Seattle. According to the company’s official website, it is expected to open in late 2026 or early 2027.
The concept served its final day in Bellingham on March 28. The closure came shortly after chef and co-owner Jordan Koplowitz was named a semifinalist for the James Beard Awards. A new address has not yet been confirmed.
