SEATTLE — Some people living in Seattle’s Magnolia neighborhood are on edge after a recent string of break-ins at businesses and homes, and they are calling on police and the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for help.
Neighbors told KOMO News they want more people to know about the dozens of reported burglaries so far this year, so they can better protect their property.
“It’s not just car prowling, and it’s not just people breaking into garages,” Lori Theis said at a Tuesday night community safety meeting. “I know of one case involving friends I’m here with this evening. Their cars were rummaged through, and fobs to their condo were taken.”…
