SEATTLE — A King County man who was in possession of an explosive device when he was arrested on Interstate 90 in October 2024 was sentenced to 18 months in prison for unlawful possession of a destructive device on Monday.
During Sokphana Soeung’s sentencing, U.S. District Court Judge John Chun said he “displayed an alarming disrespect for the law and posed a risk to the community. Someone could have been badly hurt, including yourself.”
