Uber Technologies has secured a long-term lease at Four106 in downtown Bellevue, ConnectCRE has reported.
Patrinely, in partnership with Dune Real Estate Partners’ affiliates, made the announcement. According to the article, Uber will occupy about 170,000 square feet.
