Bishop Steven Raica, head of the Catholic Diocese of Birmingham, will ordain three deacons as priests on Saturday, May 30, at 11 a.m. at the Cathedral of St. Paul.
The Rev. John Paul Stepnowski graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he studied chemical engineering. He graduated this month with a Master of Divinity degree from the Pontifical College Josephinum in Columbus, Ohio.
