Birmingham’s Thomas Ronald Liccione, 21, was arrested for animal cruelty after multiple 911 calls reported him throwing kittens into I-65 traffic.
According to the calls, Liccione was seen throwing five kittens out of his moving vehicle near Lakeshore Drive. All five kittens tragically died on the interstate after being hit by other vehicles.
