The Calera Police Department (CPD) was on the move today after they received word that a high-speed chase was heading their way.
Alabama State Troopers reached out to CPD around 12:45 to let them know that their pursuit of a vehicle was heading north on Highway 65 in Chilton County. During the chase, the suspect allegedly threw multiple things out of the car window, including what could be a firearm.
