OAK MOUNTAIN, Ala. (WBRC) – One person has died after they drowned in Shelby County Saturday, officials confirmed to WBRC.
According to officials in Pelham, the fire department was working a drowning at Oak Mountain State Park and recently located the victim in the water after deploying dive teams and boats with sonar.
