The Jacksonville Police Department (JPD) arrested a Bessemer man as the second suspect in a grocery store burglary-turned-high speed chase from late March.
Antonio Miguel Hooper, 27, was charged with third degree Burglary and taken to the Calhoun County Jail. His cash bond is set to $10,000.
