HOOVER, Ala. (WBMA) — A proposed freestanding emergency department associated with Grandview Medical Center has cleared its first major hurdle after receiving unanimous approval from the Hoover Planning and Zoning Commission.
The commission voted Monday night to recommend approval of a conditional use permit allowing the facility to be built at 2137 Valleydale Road, subject to several conditions related to traffic, landscaping and permitting.
