Jefferson County Coroner Seeks Public’s Help Locating Families of Two People

The Jefferson County Coroner/Medical Examiner’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating relatives of two individuals who recently died in the county.

Authorities are seeking family members of Theresa Marie Alexander, 59, of Vestavia Hills. She was pronounced dead March 26 at Grandview Medical Center. Officials said she died of natural causes and had been a tenant at a nursing home prior to her death. Records indicate she had past ties to Pelham and a relative in Sterrett who is now deceased.

The coroner’s office is also attempting to locate relatives of Blanc Edward Roberson, 54, of Birmingham. He was pronounced dead April 29 at UAB Medical West Hospital. Officials said he also died of natural causes…
