BILLINGSLEY, Ala. (WBRC) – A Billingsley man was arrested on Thursday, May 7 in connection to a home repair fraud charge stemming from a 2023 foundation construction contract.
Deputies arrested Earnest Brown Jr., 62. He now faces one count of home repair fraud.
