BRIGHTON, Ala. (WIAT) — Brighton City Councilor Sherene Johnson says the city of Brighton is facing an arson problem and is asking residents to help stop a recent string of fires.
“This is a small city, an older city with older residents primarily,” Johnson said. “People should not have to live in fear.”
