A person who lives in Seven Bridges — or uses Seven Bridges as a local address — apparently sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound Saturday evening. It is unclear whether the gunshot wound was intentional or accidental. That person then transported himself to an area hospital for treatment.
The hospital is required to report gunshot injuries to the police, and that’s exactly what happened. The case was logged as a “shooting” and the address given by the injured person was listed as a Seven Bridges address.
