Compson Associates wants to put up 157 residential units across two new buildings inside Boca Raton’s Park at Broken Sound, trading surface parking lots at the decades-old office park for an eight-story apartment building and an eight-story luxury condo tower. The plans arrive as the sprawling commercial campus near Yamato Road pushes deeper into a yearslong shift from pure office space toward round-the-clock residential living.
As reported by The Real Deal, Compson Associates, led by Robert D’Angelo and Carl Klepper Jr., has filed plans for Park Tower at Broken Sound, a 97-unit building planned for 1075 and 1095 Northwest Broken Sound Parkway, and the Bertani at Broken Sound, a 60-unit luxury condominium proposed for 6001 Northwest Broken Sound Parkway.
