Delray Beach has approved a 47-unit townhouse-style condominium development on North Federal Highway, clearing the way for construction on a long-vacant stretch of land bordering the Town of Gulf Stream.
The approval came after the commission initially rejected the same application on a 3-1 vote in mid-July, before voting to reconsider it at a later date. The development, proposed by Ultra Luxury Homes LLC, will be built on seven parcels totaling about 4.4 acres in the area surrounding 2419 North Federal Highway.
