BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — An investigative news tip led the CBS12 News I-Team to a man with a story about his backyard patio and so much red tape your head might hurt.
He contacted the station after he asked the city of Boynton Beach for permission to proceed with a small weekend project on his property. He was told no, not until you provide us with a study of the environmental impact to the area.
But does this make sense? The houses on his street all have patios, and he wanted to copy theirs…
