BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) – A 38-year-old man is under arrest after he drove his car through Star on a rampage, leaving a trail of destruction behind him on Monday night. Loren F. Bailey is charged with a felony count of leaving the scene of a traffic crash and misdemeanor counts of DUI and resisting arrest in connection with the incident.
