CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — A Caldwell family is inviting the community to help celebrate their boy’s sixth birthday with a drive-by parade as he returns home from St. Jude, where he is receiving treatment for AML leukemia, leaving him immunocompromised.
Levi is turning 6, and his family said they are grateful to be home for his birthday, but that he cannot have a traditional party. So, to make the day feel a little more special, they are asking residents to take part in a birthday parade.
The parade is planned for Saturday, April 25, from 2-3 p.m. Participants are invited to drive by the family’s home, honk, wave, and shout “Happy Birthday.”
The family shared the address as 16702 Smoky Mountain Ave., Caldwell, ID 83607…
