CALDWELL, Idaho — The City of Caldwell is nearing completion on a pedestrian safety project.
Updated crosswalk signals are being installed in front of Caldwell High School. High Intensity Activated Crosswalks (HAWK) signals feature red lights that are solid when pedestrians cross, and flash when a driver should stop, and proceed if clear.
