NEW PLYMOUTH, Idaho — A power outage impacting nearly 6,500 Idaho Power customers has been restored, but an outage on the other side of the valley is still in effect.
According to the power company’s Outage Map website, more than 6,400 customers in the New Plymouth, Sand Hollow, and western Emmett area were without power. Power was restored around 8:45 p.m. on Sunday evening.
In the Melba area, a smaller number of customers are without power, affecting under 50 customers. For those residents, an estimated restoration time of midnight has been set…
