Two Idaho men sentenced to prison in 2025 kidnapping ambush of 18-year-old Eagle man

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A planned ambush arranged through social media ended with two men headed to prison after an 18-year-old was kidnapped, beaten, and threatened during an hour-long attack in Eagle, according to prosecutors.

Devin Larson, 21, of Eagle, and Steen Thomas Lamb, 22, of Meridian, were sentenced this morning by District Judge Nancy Baskin after pleading guilty to second-degree kidnapping.

Larson was sentenced to seven years in prison, with two years fixed. Lamb was sentenced to 13 years, with three years fixed. Both defendants also received a rider, a period of retained jurisdiction during which the court may review their sentences…
