At least four current and former Massachusetts State Police detectives assigned to the Middlesex County District Attorney’s office have faced internal discipline amid the fallout from a 2023 fatal crash.
Among them is Sgt. Scott Quigley, who prosecutors say was driving drunkenly when he crashed his unmarked cruiser head-on into an oncoming wheelchair transport van on Dec. 12, 2023. A passenger, Angelo Schettino, was fatally injured.
