Witnesses still sought weeks after Boulder County hit-and-run crash that injured cyclist

The Colorado State Patrol continues to seek anyone who witnessed a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a cyclist earlier this month.

The agency initially described the suspect vehicle as a light blue Ford Bronco with a white top but said in a Tuesday afternoon news release that the vehicle appears to actually be light gray with a matching roof.

The vehicle is believed to have been damaged on the “right front side” above the wheel well, according to the release, and the right front tire may have been flattened “at the time of the crash.”

The agency asks anyone with information or who witnessed the crash to contact state patrol dispatch at 303-239-4501 and reference case number VC260140. Callers should leave their name and contact information so an investigator can reach out, according to the release…
