Denver Pavilions to get new mural, several repairs this summer

The Denver Pavilions is getting a facelift.

Its new owners approved about $2.7 million to improve the downtown shopping center on 16th Street, including its parking garage, roof and signage and, also, a new mural.

Last year, the Denver Downtown Development Authority voted to spend up to $45 million to purchase and upgrade the property to prevent it from being seized by the lender on the heels of 16th Street’s grand reopening…
