SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A court has denied David Chang’s latest request to reduce his prison sentence, his attorney confirmed.
Chang, an Osprey man convicted in the hit-and-run death of 13-year-old Pine View student Lilly Glaubach, is serving a 15-year sentence after pleading guilty to leaving the scene of a crash involving death and tampering with evidence.
