Sarasota, FL – A collection of historic cottages along Fruitville Road in downtown Sarasota will remain in place after a proposed redevelopment agreement was canceled.
Property owners Alex and Marlene Lancaster notified tenants October 3rd that the agreement to sell the Historic Downtown Village property was no longer active.
