The Hoboken Police Department confiscated illegal guns during two separate arrests in the past month, according to public safety spokeswoman Marci Rubin.
On April 27th, at approximately 5 p.m., Police Officers David Smentkowski and Kevin Vargas observed an improperly parked vehicle on the 300 block of Jackson Street, Rubin said in a statement Wednesday
As officers approached and questioned the driver, Jaheem Harmon, 24, of Hoboken, they observed in plain view a large bag containing multiple individually packaged bags of suspected marijuana, along with packaging materials consistent with drug dealing.
