NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Even though the last day of school is approaching quickly, there are several upcoming dates that families need to take note of.
NYC Public School students have several days off in June, including Juneteenth.

Key dates to know for parents in June are:
- June 4: Anniversary Day/Chancellor’s Conference Day for staff development; students do not attend
- June 5: Clerical Day for elementary schools, middle schools, K-12 schools, and standalone D75 programs; students in these schools do not attend
- June 9-10: Regents Administration
- June 17-25: Regents Administration (No exams will be held on June 19)
- June 19: Juneteenth, schools closed
- June 26: Last day of school
NYC Public Schools has published the calendar for the next school year. The first day of the 2025-2026 school year will be on Sept. 10.
