SAYRE, BRADFORD CO., (WOLF) — A New York man is facing felony charges after police say he assaulted and strangled a woman during a domestic dispute before chasing her down as she attempted to escape.
Nathen James Wandell, 20, of Waverly, New York, was charged June 26 with strangulation, simple assault and harassment. He was arraigned and committed to the Bradford County Prison after failing to post $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 14.
