Notre Dame is reeling after a 2028 four-star quarterback performed a stunning U-turn on his commitment in favor of joining rival program Oklahoma.
The Fighting Irish were all but sure they had the future of Bergen Catholic High School (Oradell, New Jersey) junior Trey Tagliaferri wrapped up after he committed to the program on June 25, just two days after two brothers were added to their 2027 and 2028 classes, but within a week, he completely flipped the script.
