CAMPBELL COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – A Forest man with warrants for public indecency in Campbell County was arrested in New York City Aug. 27, according to the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said 18-year-old Eli Lemuel Howard was arrested in New York City when officers allegedly caught him performing a lewd act in public on the George Washington Bridge Thursday evening.
During the apprehension, New York authorities learned Howard was wanted on outstanding public indecency warrants in Virginia, according to the sheriff’s office.
“Howard was wanted by the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office in connection with an incident that occurred on August 3, 2026, at Five Below in Campbell County,” deputies said…
