CRAVEN COUNTY, N.C. — A New York man wanted in connection with a Craven County fraud investigation has been arrested in Wisconsin.
The Craven County Sheriff’s Office says 27-year-old Jeancarlos Castellanos, of New York City, was arrested Sept. 2 and booked into the Milwaukee County Jail.
Castellanos is being held while awaiting extradition back to North Carolina.
