EAST HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) — An investigation is underway after the first floor of a mixed-use building was found to be sagging on Friday, fire officials said.
Firefighters responded to a call of an unstable building at 2108 Second Ave. in Manhattan just after 10 a.m., officials reported. Inspectors from the Department of Buildings also responded to the scene to investigate the issue.
