Man, 79, punched in apartment lobby during fight in Manhattan: NYPD

MANHATTAN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Investigators are searching for a suspect accused of punching a 79-year-old man inside a Manhattan apartment lobby on Saturday.

The suspect walked up to the 79-year-old victim at 6:06 p.m. inside a building near East 23rd Street and 3rd Avenue, according to the NYPD. The accused man reportedly initiated an argument with the victim before things got physical, police said.

The suspect then punched the victim in the face before running away. First responders transported the man to a hospital for treatment.
