A Long Island man who was shot and killed last week in Queens was attending a funeral for an accused drug kingpin who died at Rikers Island prison, according to information shared by the man’s family.
Richard Carter, a 49-year-old Valley Stream man, was attending the service for John Price at Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York on Friday, April 10, according to funeral announcements by Price’s loved ones.
