A Northvale woman died after being hit by a car in the borough, police said on April 17.
The unidentified 66-year-old woman was hit around 11:20 a.m. April 16 at the intersection of Clinton and West avenues, according to Police Chief Howard J. Ostrow.
The driver, a 51-year-old man from North Brunswick, remained at the scene as police delivered first aid. The victim was airlifted by medevac to Hackensack Medical University Center in Hackensack, where she died from her injuries later that evening, Ostrow said…
