Bomb threat prompts N.J. church evacuation: Police say it was a hoax

A North Jersey church was evacuated Sunday afternoon after a bomb threat was made against the building, prompting law enforcement to search the property, according to officials.

Police responded to the North Jersey Vineyard Church in South Hackensack around 1:20 p.m. after the threat was reported to law enforcement, Bergen County Sheriff Anthony Cureton told NJ.com.
