Dauphin County landlord charged after receiving $167K in COVID relief fraud: DA

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A landlord who owns properties in Dauphin County has been charged after allegedly submitting fraudulent COVID relief fund applications using the personal information of his tenants.

Officials said Benjamin Eisner, of Brooklyn, New York, collected a total of $167,355.60 in relief funds from these applications.
