After a sold-out 2025 debut, The Great Nosh, NYC’s one-day Jewish food and culture festival, is returning to Governors Island this summer–and pastrami tacos, challah Korean fried chicken sandwiches, and smoked salmon turnip cakes are on the menu.
On Sunday, June 21, nonprofit Jewish Food Society is bringing its massive picnic-style festival back to the Island–serving up another sun-soaked summer day of Jewish food culture, complete with live music, one-of-a-kind chef collaborations, hands-on arts and crafts, and plenty more delicious fun.
Consider this your official warning to arrive hungry and leave fully horizontal.
