SUNSET PARK, Brooklyn (PIX11) — Police are on the search after one man was killed and another was injured after being stabbed and slashed in front of a Sunset Park supermarket in Brooklyn early Thursday morning, according to authorities.
A 35-year-old man was pronounced dead at the hospital after he was found stabbed in the torso, along with a 36-year-old man who was slashed in the face in front of the City Fresh Market at 5009 Sixth Ave. just before 5 a.m., police said.

Both were transported to a nearby hospital, where the 36-year-old was expected to survive, officials reported.
Sources tell PIX11 the suspect knew the victims and the incident happened after an argument.
