3 cyclists killed in NYC crashes last week sparks ‘die-in’ protest at City Hall

Three cyclists were killed last week in separate hit-and-run crashes across New York City, according to city officials.

On the morning of Aug. 18, Paulina Tec Choc was riding her bike in Brooklyn and had stopped at the intersection of Jamaica Avenue and Cypress Hills Street when she was struck from behind by a pickup truck.
