Crews respond to early morning fire at Key Food store in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A fire broke out at a supermarket in Brooklyn early Wednesday morning, according to the FDNY.

The fire was reported around 3:51 a.m. at 2245 Gerritsen Avenue between Knapp Street and Avenue U.

Around 79 Fire and EMS personnel responded to the scene.

Officials say the fire was under control by 4:39 a.m. No injuries were reported.
