The Buffalo band Goo Goo Dolls have had a busy past couple of weeks. The band released a new music video for their latest single, “Ocean”. The song is on their 2025 album “Summer Anthem”

Goo Goo Dolls To Be Honored By Buffalo History Museum

The Goo Goo Dolls have been together as a band since 1987, and to honor their musical achievements, the Buffalo History Museum announced they are holding a special exhibit of the band.

The “Long Way Home: 40 Years of the Goo Goo Dolls” exhibit will be dedicated to the Buffalo-born rock band.  The exhibit is set to open September 16th and will trace the band’s history and impact in their hometown.

The Goo Goo Dolls rose to national and international fame in 1995 when their single “Name” hit #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. That song would stay on the charts for 36 weeks.
