BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Another group of beluga whales from the Niagara Falls, Ontario, Marineland have arrived in San Antonio, Canadian Minister of Fisheries Joanne Thompson shared on social media Tuesday.
“Seven more whales were relocated in this rescue,” Thompson shared. “I continue to thank the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, Canada’s Accredited Zoos and Aquariums, the receiving facilities, and everyone whose dedication helped make this rescue possible.”
