BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A restaurant known for its unique hot dog creations and award-winning fries was set to expand its business in Amherst until plans took an unexpected turn.
Frank Gourmet Hot Dogs started serving the community as a food truck. Its Kenmore Avenue restaurant has been open since 2018.
