Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) – Mark Kubinec says he supports the temporary shutdown of the Westbound Elmwood exit on the Scajaquada Expressway.
As owner of Joe’s Service Center (the place with yellow front and back car), Kubinec does pick up business from cars exiting the Scajaquada.
But the off-ramp exit that closed early Monday and will remain closed until late Friday is just a temporary thing…
