BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Rochester man has been accused of fatally stabbing a man in Amherst in April, officials said Monday.
Tyshon White, 29, has been charged with first-degree manslaughter and first-degree attempted assault in connection with the death of a Buffalo man on Draden Lane around 11:40 a.m. on April 22. Caden Nelipowitz, 21, was found by officers after being stabbed and was taken to DeGraff Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. White is also accused of hitting Nelipowitz with his vehicle.
White was arraigned in Erie County Supreme Court and is being held without bail. A return court date has not been scheduled.
