BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Zoo’s female Amur tiger, Zhanna, has passed away.
According to the Zoo, Zhanna began showing signs of again in her later years and was being monitored by a care team. Staff says they had to make the difficult decision to euthanize when her health began to decline, impacting her quality of life and ability to perform daily activities.
