Construction is underway on Shea’s Performing Arts Center’s rear four-story addition along Pearl Street. The $34 million project will increase accessibility at the beloved Theater District anchor. Carmina Wood Design is project architect. The tiered building’s exterior will be a variety of materials including limestone, stainless steel and glass. The interior design includes crystal-inspired chandeliers, terrazzo flooring, and flexible lounge seating.
